Eugene James Martin (July 24, 1938 – January 1, 2005) was an African-Americanvisual artist.
Art

Life
Eugene James Martin was born on Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C. His parents were Margaret Helen Pigeon and James Walter Martin, an touring Jazz musician.
